Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026

I am Danilo Stoletovic, the independent developer behind Dan Delivers and the operator responsible for personal data handled through dandelivers.dev. For privacy questions or requests, email me using the link below.

Visiting this website

Vercel hosts and delivers this website. Serving pages and protecting the service involves technical request data, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps. This supports website delivery and security; optional analytics is separate. Fonts are served by this website, without visitor requests to Google Fonts.

Contact and bookings

There is no contact form or account registration on this website. If you email me, message me on WhatsApp or book through Cal.com, I receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, project information and messages. I use it to respond, discuss a project and, where relevant, take steps towards or perform an agreement. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Email, WhatsApp and Cal.com also process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Booking links open Cal.com; the booking widget loads only after you activate the booking button. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Upwork and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Optional analytics and your choice

PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics run only after you select Accept analytics. Rejecting has no effect on accessing this website or contacting me. Change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not undo processing that already occurred.

With consent, PostHog measures page visits, case study views and contact or booking link clicks, with browser/device information and a browser identifier stored in cookies and local storage. Session recording, automatic interaction capture and automatic error capture are disabled. Page URLs sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. IP addresses are not included as event properties, although providers receive an IP address when handling network requests.

With consent, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and traffic sources, with information such as page paths, device/browser type and approximate location. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free. Vercel Speed Insights is not integrated into the current website code; historical performance aggregates may appear in public reports.

Browser storage and public reports

The essential dan_locale cookie remembers a language you explicitly select for one year. The dan_analytics_consent_v1 local-storage entry remembers your analytics choice in this browser until you change it or clear browser data. PostHog analytics storage is optional. Blocking browser storage keeps analytics off. Public analytics reports show selected aggregate statistics and editorial summaries, rather than individual visitor records.

Purposes and legal grounds

Where GDPR or similar rules apply, optional analytics relies on consent. Responding to a project inquiry and providing agreed services may be necessary for steps you request before a contract or for performing that contract. Website delivery, security and other correspondence rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure website and handling communications, subject to applicable law and your rights. Legal obligations may require certain records to be kept.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose, provider settings and applicable legal obligations. I have not specified a fixed retention period for inquiries or analytics here. Contact me for the retention arrangements applicable to your information or to request deletion. Removing browser storage does not delete data already held by a provider.

Providers and international transfers

Vercel, PostHog and the communication or booking services you use may process information outside your country, including in the United States. The PostHog hosting region depends on the project configuration. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant arrangements must be established with the provider; this notice does not certify that a particular safeguard applies to every transfer. Contact me for details relevant to your information.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email me to make a request; I may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Security and changes

The website uses HTTPS in production and keeps service credentials out of public source code. No system can guarantee complete security. I will update this policy when practices change and revise the effective date. All language versions are intended to convey the same information.
